Who's Who

There are 2 ways to manage your club's who's who page. To select one, go to "Setup > Club > Details" then click on the "Extended Details" tab. Scroll down to the "Who's Who Page Layout" option.

Selecting roles will list all of your club roles, along with all the members in those roles.

This option is for if you want to manually manage your who's who. To create who's who categories, go to "Setup > Club > Who's Who Categories".

If you have "Categories" set for your who's who page layout, and you have either the "Edit Club Details" or the "Edit Club Website" permission, there will be an "Add Member" button at the top right. Click on it to add a member to the who's who.

Select the category you want this member to be in, then select the member. Any notes you add will be displayed next to their name on the who's who page.

Checking the "Allow Members To Email" option will allow any member viewing the who's who page to click an email icon to send an email to that specific member. Also, if you have the club website option, it will make this member appear on the contact page if you have the contact page option set to select who's who members.

When each member is displayed on the who's who page, the following details are in each box:

• Their name.
  

• A delete button (only if you have either the "Edit Club Details" or the "Edit Club Website" permission) - will remove this member from the who's who.
  

• An email button. Click this to send an email to this person.
  

• The "Notes" you entered when adding them to the who's who.
  

• Set alternate email - Click this if you want to use a different email address for this member. If set, this is the email address used when anyone contacts them (either on this page or via your club website contact page)
  

• Allow members to email - Uncheck this to not allow members to be able to email this person.
  

• Visible on website - If you have the club website option, uncheck this if you do not want this person displayed on the who's who page.
