Email Templates

The permission required to access this page is "Access Club Emails".

If you send the same email out on a regular basis, add an email template. You can select email templates when sending an email and the contents of the template will be inserted into the email editor field.

To create an email template, click the "Add Template" button.

Enter the relevant details, then click the "Add Template" button.

You can insert special tags into a template such as first name and last name. When you send the email the system will automatically replace the tags with the relevant information about the member.
