Qualifying Times

The permission required to access this page is "Manage Qualifying Times".

Qualifying times allow you to run the best swim times report and compare the results to qualifying times. This is useful to see who qualifies for a certain gala/meet going off their swim times.

To create one, click the "Add Group" button.

Enter the group name then click the "Add Group" button. You will then be taken to the group details page to add the qualifying times.

To add a single qualifying time, click the "Add Time" button.

Enter the relevant details then click the "Add Time" button.

To import times, click the "Import Times" button.

Click the link to download the import template. Populate it then come back here to import it.

On the main qualifying times page, if some clubs have chosen to share their times, you will see them below yours.

Click on one to view the times. Click the "Copy Group" to copy the group and all the times.
