Session Profiles

The permission required to access this page is "Manage Swim Sessions".

Session profiles allow you to add lots of sessions to members in bulk. For example, if you have a swim group that specifically trains on certain days, you can add a session profile and assign all the relevant sessions to it.

Click the "Add Profile" button to create one.

To add the sessions to a session profile, click on it to view the details.

Click the "Add Session" button.

Select the session, then click the "Add This Session To Profile" button.

To apply all the sessions in a session profile to one or more members, go to "Members > Assign Session Profile".

Assigning a session profile to a member will remove all sessions that member has, then add the sessions in the profile.
