Event Spectator Tickets

To offer spectator tickets for a club event you must edit the event and set the "Spectator Ticket Adult Price" option and "Spectator Ticket Child Price" option.

Once set, a new menu item will appear on the top navbar "Spectator Tickets". Clicking on this will show you all the tickets that have been ordered.

For people to order tickets, you must send an email out via the event page and enter the "Spectator Tickets Link" email tag somewhere in the email body.

The system will replace that with a unique link for the recipients to order tickets.

Once you have all of your tickets ordered, click on the "Spectator Tickets" link and click on the "Create Invoices" button.

An invoice will be created for everyone that ordered some tickets.
