Holiday/Sickness Calendar

The permission required to access this page is either "Manage Coaching Rota" or "View Coaching Rota" or being a coach.

The holiday/sickness calendar is a place where you can log your club member's time off. For example, if a coach is going on holiday etc. That way, everyone who has access to the calendar can see who is available on any given date.

To add an event to this calendar, click on a day.

Complete the form in the popup that opens then click on the "Add Event" button.

To edit an event simply click on it.

When you add time off for a coach, that coach will be shown with a line through their name on the coaching rota for that period of time.
