Importing your Members

The permission required to access this page is "Bulk Import Members".

There are 2 steps to importing data:

1. Upload your CSV/Excel file
   

2. Match the columns in your file to the fields in the database
   

Importing data adds NEW records each time. It does not update any records currently in the system. See the bulk update function if you want to update members already in the system.

Click on the import template link to see which fields you can import.

If you have a Hy-Tek roster file, you can also import that. Simply import the .HY3 file.

Roster files are only for importing swimmers.
