The permission required to access this page is "Access Finance".
Club fees can be used for any "fee" that your members have to pay. For example, if everyone pays an annual fee, you would create this and then assign that fee to all of your members.
To create a fee, click the "Add Fee" button.
When you are creating invoices, you can select one or more fees and the system will invoice all members who have that fee assigned to them.
