Before you can import trial times, you have to add the trial. Go to "Setup > Club > Instructor trials" for this.
If using the import template, make sure your import file is in the correct format. Click on the "import template" link to see the columns.
To generate a pre-filled import template, click the "Create pre-filled import template" button.
Select the relevant options then click the "Download" template button. A download link will appear after a few seconds. Click the link to download it.
Fill out the template with the trial times, then come back to this page and import it.
