Use the Club Data Assistant to ask approved questions about your club data in plain English.
The assistant is available from Reports > Club Data Assistant. It is experimental, so always check the results before taking action.
Type a question into the search box, then click Ask. You can also use the example question buttons as a starting point and edit the question before asking.
The assistant can currently help with:

Missing member details, such as medical details, emergency contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, consent details and Swim England numbers

Best swim times by age, gender, distance, stroke, course and date range

Attendance concerns, such as swimmers who have been absent for a number of weeks or swimmers below an attendance percentage

Invoice actions, such as overdue invoices, missing Direct Debit mandates and failed GoCardless payments

Searches across indexed emails, documents, members and club feed posts
Ask for one thing at a time and include the relevant filter in the question where possible. For example, include the member type, age range, stroke, distance, date range, group, session or record type.
Results are shown below the assistant response. Depending on the question, this may include a table with matching members, swim times, attendance concerns, invoices or search results. Where a result has an Open button, it opens the matching record in SwimClub Manager.
The assistant only uses approved SCM tools and only returns information your account is allowed to access. If your question is not supported, SwimClub Manager shows examples of the question types currently available for your permissions.
Usage is rate limited per club to protect the service.
